1. Your Vision
You have a strong intuition for your company’s next move, but internal teams are at capacity. We organize and label work for the engineering based on prioritization of the expected value to users and the business model impact. This way we are working from a hypothesis of how feature utilization maps to LTV/CAC imapct before a line of code is written.

Since we build software based on the written spec, the release velocity  is predictable: low-lift effort tasks are released daily, medium-lift, weekly; high-lift, monthly. With this structure, you can know if the level of effort for the desired LTV/CAC impact is worth the value change.

Our work is being incorporated into a site-wide redesign, led by Dior HQ in Paris with support from AKQA.
